Smoky Mountain Vacation!

Hello Everybody!
On July 13th we went to Bryson City for our very first family vacation and then we returned on the 15th. Brianna was in such a great mood the whole time. She only fussed a total of 30min. the whole time we were on vacation. While we were there we took Brianna to the the outdoor drama "Unto These Hills". She didn't even cry when the cannon went off! We also took her shopping in downtown Cherokee and took her to the petting zoo (I think that was her favorite part). We also went to the Oconaluftee Indian Village, The Cherokee Indian Museum and the Qualla arts and Crafts Museum! Brianna loved playing around in the cabin during the day and finally "crawling" around to get her toys! She had such a great time and so did we, it was great to take a much needed break!

Here, There, and Everywhere!

Hey Everyone!
Thought I would get onlie really quick and give you an update from last week before we leave to go on vacation to Bryson City, NC tomorrow. Last weekend Brianna and I were able to go and surprise my family in Batesburg for the annual Hallman cookout. We had a really great time seeing everyone and my family was definately surprised! Then on the 4th of July we went to Edgefield to visit Brantley's family. While we were in Edgefield we decided to go and visit Brantley's Grandparents in Statesville, NC. So we were traveling all over last week, but thoroughly enjoyed it! During all of the traveling Brianna decided to do some new tricks. While Brantley was away from us for a few days, I kept trying to get her to say Da-Da. During church Sunday night she said it, and kept saying it! So when Brantley came on Monday morning she saw him and said "Da-Da-Da-Di." We thought that was a great way to say she missed him! Then once we got to Brantley's Mom and Dad's Brianna learned to say "Ma-Ma" only when she didn't want me to but her to bed! She has also started doing the "frog jump" as her main way of getting around. And she has even learned to sit up on her own going from knees to bottom in seconds! We can't keep up with this little Princess, she is growing up way too fast!

Then her Daddy just had to let her ride one! (Hopefully she will not follow in those "Rodeo" footsteps of his)

My very First Vacation Bible School!

Hello Everyone!

I have been having so much fun this summer. I had my very first Vacation Bible School this year, and I loved it! I enjoyed watching the puppets, playing the tamborine, making crafts and even playing in the sprinkler at the "water party"! Mommy and Daddy had fun too, but not as much as I did! I still have yet to master crawling yet, but I am working on it. I like getting up on all fours and rocking back and forth. At my doctor's appointment we discovered that I have a tooth coming in on my top gums. You can only see a very small white dot right now, but it is coming in! My Aunt Jennifer also came to stay with me and I really enjoyed that. We had so much fun playing together on the floor with my toys! She is the best!

It's never too early to start writing a letter to Santa!
